Christopher M. Beard, MD
"The patient-physician relationship is a partnership with each side bringing skills and ideas on how to achieve great things. My role as your physician is to aid you in achieving healthful greatness while listening and adapting what I know to your personal experience and goals."
Family Medicine was my choice of field due to its breadth. Playing with a toddler, listening to the heartbeat of a developing baby with an expectant mother, performing surgeries, discussing the care of loved ones and learning the rich history and background of a veteran of our Greatest Generation over the course of a single day provides a spectrum of care that is rewarding and engaging. I often cross paths with families as our children play sports and engage in other activities across the county. It is thrilling to watch patients develop and grow into their potential.
As a Family Practice physician that provides OB care, I have the added privilege of watching families develop from the very beginning. With a limited number of patients, I am able to attend the delivery, providing the complete care from beginning to end in 95% of pregnancies. I can also provide care for your newborn, frequently combining post-partum care with newborn care to make the life of a new mother a bit simpler.
Why The Everett Clinic?
During my interview process in the Puget Sound area, everyone compared themselves to The Everett Clinic. When visiting the Clinic, I was impressed by the number of staff and doctors who had been here for decades.
